Once you have entered your desired dates into our booking calendar. Jamie from Luxe Villa Bayfield will reach out to confirm availability and pricing. 

Fifty percent (50%) of the Total Occupancy Rate is payable by certified cheque or e-transfer in order to book and hold the Property. This information will be included in all email communication prior too booking.

A minimum of sixty days' notice is required for a full refund of the amount paid, less a processing fee of 10% of the total booking. If you cancel the reservation less than sixty days before the Check-in date, we will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, less a processing fee of 10% of the total booking. If the Property cannot be rebooked with a replacement reservation for the same time period, we shall be entitled to retain the booking total to cover any expense, loss or damage that we  may suffer because of Licensee's default hereunder. We strongly encourage you purchase available Travel Insurance along with your reservation.

As stated during the booking process, there will be a $300/stay cleaning fee and $200/stay utility fee. This ensures that the property is properly taken care of before, during and after your stay.
